Flower Shot Plate

This steel flower shot plate/impression die is a quality handmade tool from Buffalo Rutland Co. Create gorgeous components from your scrap metal! Simply melt sterling or fine silver into a ball, let it cool, and hammered into the impression! This can also be used with a hydraulic press. This particular design is no longer available through their shop. I've only used this a handful of times, so it is in excellent condition. It creates beautiful flowers, and I'd love to pass it on to someone who will give it the level of use it deserves! See photos for a few examples of pieces I've made using this shot plate.

*Please note there is some light rust on the tool (thanks, Massachusetts humidity!), but this does not affect use of the tool and can be easily removed.
