Celestial Shot Plate

This steel moon and star shot plate/impression die is a quality handmade tool from Buffalo Rutland Co. Create gorgeous components from your scrap metal! Simply melt sterling or fine silver into a ball, let it cool, and hammered into the impression! This can also be used with a hydraulic press. I've never used this tool, so it is in excellent condition. It creates three sizes of crescent moons and five pointed stars. I love my shot plates from BRC, but I don't reach for this one, so I'd love to pass it on to someone who will give it the level of use it deserves!
