Atop one of these cauldrons, a slice of labradorite sits serenely amongst the stars. As its colors shift and dance from one angle to another, we can see why Inuit legend states that this stone contains the lights of the aurora borealis. In this piece, labradorite and cauldron symbolism merge to create a potent talisman of transformation, while the stars grant their steadfast guidance to the wearer’s particular journey. All three of these elements also promote inspiration and abundance, while the five smoky quartz points within the cauldron radiate their grounding and negativity-purging power. In the other cauldron, a natural amethyst gem floats serenely betwixt brass stars. This regal and protective stone displays the optical phenomenon of pleochroism, showing warmer shades of purple from certain angles and cooler violet hues from others. In this piece, amethyst and cauldron symbolism merge to create a potent talisman of transformation, while the stars grant their steadfast guidance to the wearer’s journey.
